Lessons

Lessons are 60 minutes long, consist of 2-6 goalie students, and up to 4 shooters. These lessons are not sorted by age or skill level, more so drills are adjusted to accommodate students abilities. Should any lesson deviate from this structure, it will be noted.

During the lesson, we will present an overall focus for the day, and allow goalies to learn via four to seven drills, depending on time constraints.
